|Squash Racquets||Squash Balls|
Squash is a high-speed racquet sport played by two players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Squash balls are between 39.5 and 40.5 mm in diameter and have a mass of 23 to 25 grams. Like other racquet sports, squash can also be played in doubles with four players on the court at a time.
The main squash equipment are the squash racquets. They were traditionally made of laminated wood but are now mostly made of composite materials or metals.
Because of the game’s fast pace, squash players need to have a good fitness level and mental agility. A player may expend approximately 600 to 1000 calories in only one hour of squash.
To protect the face especially the eyes against getting hit by the ball, squash goggles should belong to the standard squash equipment.
